Peace Security is the choice of some of the most accomplished staff in the private security industry in Zimbabwe resulting in its national standing as the leader in the industry. Our management has a wealth of security experience with the majority of senior staff having held various senior ranks in the Police, Army and Private Security Companies. This wealth of experience ensures that our actions on matters of strategy, policy, and performance are robust, informed and constructive. Below is a resume for our senior operations staff.
General Manager – Cleopas Nherudzo
Mr Nherudzo has over eighteen (18) years management exposure at senior levels. Mr Nherudzo worked for a top beverage company in Zimbabwe as a Sales and Distribution manager, Operations Manager and Regional Manager responsible for total management of the business unit in respect of volume, profit, manpower and fleet management, spearheading cost reduction initiatives and implementing organisational best practice methods. Mr Nherudzo also worked for an international company in both Europe and East Africa as Company Manager responsible for managing revenue streams and strategic profiling and positioning the company’s corporate brand names in the global space.
Mr Nherudzo’s management experience is extensive and vast. He has been with the company since 2012 at senior level in the areas of Business Development and Operations. He has attended various management and security courses. Mr Nherudzo is a holder of Management Qualifications that include MBA (NUST), BBS (UZ), DSDP and MDP (Mandel) and IMM (SA).
Regional Manager – (Rtd.) Major Joseph Mukoroyi
Major Mukoroyi was with the ZNA for close to 24 years and retired at the rank of Major. He attended various senior courses and covered a number of duties. His medals include, Zimbabwe Liberation War Medal, Zimbabwe Independence Medal, Long & Exemplary Service Medal.
Regional Manager – Cornelius Imbayarwo
Mr. Imbayarwo worked for the ZCPS for over 11 years and retired at the commissioned rank of P.C.O. He holds a wealth of experience in security management after working for various companies in the country. Mr Imbayarwo has worked for Damo Resources Mining as a Group Security and Loss Control Manager; National Eye as the Operations Manager; Senior Loss Control Officer at the Air Zimbabwe as well as Security Manager at Hammer and Tongues` engineering department.
Regional Manager – Alex Rwizi
Mr. Rwizi worked for the ZRP for over 24 years and retired at the rank of Superintendent. Mr. Rwizi worked in several stations. He worked in the uniformed section and C.I.D. where he was specializing in fraud investigations. After leaving the ZRP he worked as security manager for mines in Zimbabwe and Zambia.
Operations Manager ( Midlands Region) – Richman Madiro
Mr. Madiro worked for the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) for thirty years. He worked in the Uniformed Section where he did crime scene attendance, crime investigations, general administration and community relations. He also headed various police sections in Bulawayo before being promoted to the senior rank of Superintendent which rank he held up to his retirement. In 2006 and 2007, Mr. Madiro worked as a Peace Keeper in the United Nations Mission in Kosovo. He retired from the police when he was in charge of crime in Zvishavane Police District. Mr. Madiro did Training Methods Course and Community Relations Course with the Police Staff College. He also did Crime Management and Prosecution. Mr. Madiro trained as an Ambulance Technician with Medical Air Rescue Services (MARS) and holds a Training Management Certificate from the Institute of Personnel Management of Zimbabwe.
Operations Manager ( Eastern Region) – Piniel Mubango
Mr. Mubango has been in the security industry since 1998 and has attained a National Diploma in Security Management as he was rising through the ranks in the industry.
Head Electronics Division – Ainette Gavara
Engineer Gavara is an Electronic Engineer who holds a Bachelor of Technology Honors degree in Electronic Engineering from the Harare Institute of Technology (HIT). She is currently completing her Masters in Renewable Energy with the University of Zimbabwe (UZ). Engineer Gavara holds certificates in Marketing (LCCI) and Computer Programming (ACP –Association of Computer Proffessionals –London). She did her Apprenticeship with Mutare Polytechnic, attached to WRS (World Radio Systems) and attained a Certificate in Electronic Servicing (HEXCO). She is a Proffessional Engineer with the ZIE and has 15 years’ experience in the Electronic Industry, 5 of which were at Management level. She worked for Sony Consumer Electronics (Workshop Controller), Sinet Solutions (Projects Engineer), and Excel Elevators (Marketing Engineer).
Branch – In – Charges
Each of our branches is run by a Branch in Charge (BIC) who in turn reports to the operations Executive/Regional Manager. The BICs have considerable experience in the security industry.
