Our management has a wealth of security experience with the majority of senior staff having held various senior ranks in the Police, Army and Private Security Companies. This wealth of experience ensures that our actions on matters of strategy, policy, and performance are robust, informed and constructive. Below is a resume for our senior operations staff.
General Manager – Cleopas Nherudzo
Mr Nherudzo has over eighteen (18) years management exposure at senior levels. Mr Nherudzo worked for a top beverage company in Zimbabwe as a Sales and Distribution manager, Operations Manager and Regional Manager responsible for total management of the business unit in respect of volume, profit, manpower and fleet management, spearheading cost reduction initiatives and implementing organisational best practice methods. Mr Nherudzo also worked for an international company in both Europe and East Africa as Company Manager responsible for managing revenue streams and strategic profiling and positioning the company’s corporate brand names in the global space.
Mr Nherudzo’s management experience is extensive and vast. He has been with the company since 2012 at senior level in the areas of Business Development and Operations. He has attended various management and security courses. Mr Nherudzo is a holder of Management Qualifications that include MBA (NUST), BBS (UZ), DSDP and MDP (Mandel) and IMM (SA).
Regional Manager (Harare) – Coleen Kunaka
Worked for ZRP for over 20 years and retired at the rank of Detective Inspector.
- He worked as a Loss Control Manager for a cotton Company for five years from 2013 to 2018.

Operations Manager ( Eastern Region) - Piniel Mubango
Mr. Mubango has been in the security industry since 1998 and has attained a National Diploma in Security Management as he was rising through the ranks in the industry.
Branch - In - Charges
Each of our branches is run by a Branch in Charge (BIC) who in turn reports to the operations Executive/Regional Manager. The BICs have considerable experience in the security industry.
