➢ Recruitment Criteria
Our criteria when recruiting guards is as follows;
- Minimum age of 30 years.
- Minimum educational qualification of Form 2. We have a number of men and women with “0” and “A” Levels employed as guards. The employment of better-educated people has enabled us to tackle more sophisticated jobs effectively.
- Height of 1,75 metres.
- In-house initial guard training.
- The guards go through a vetting system by Police and SGIB as well as reference checks.

➢ Matching the Individual Guard with The Job
We realize that the job requirements for the guards are different from sector to sector. In this regard our guards specialize in given sectors such as Mining, Retail, Financial Services, residential, Industry, Embassies & NGOs, Hospitality industry and so on. Apart from the initial guard training course, the guards receive specialized training in respect of one’s area of deployment. Our guards have accumulated a wealth of experience in their areas of specialization over the years.
